Titan Poker was launched in 2005 and it is the flagship of the vast iPoker network. The iPoker network was launched in 2004 and it consists of a myriad of licensed skins using the same software and backend. The developer and owner of iPoker is Playtech and Titan Poker is one of the many skins on the network. Ipoker does not accept US players but it still harbours a daily average concurrent real money peak player count around 65,000 out of which 9900 are cash game players and the rest tournament players. All skins on the network are sharing this traffic. This means that each and every skin on the network is the third biggest poker room in the world. However, the iPoker player base is largely European and this means that the player activity plunges dramatically outside of peak hours (18.00-00.00 GMT).

That which sets the skins apart from eachother on iPoker is primarily the support and to a lesser degree the promotions although the latter are largely the same across the whole network by device. Rakeback is for example not allowed on iPoker and if you happen to see a rakeback offer for an iPoker skin you need to see it for what it is - a shady deal that Playtech has not sanctioned.

It is not an overstatement to say that Titan Poker has excellent support. It is not just the best support on the iPoker network, it is the best support in the entire business. Live chat, phone and email support are all top of the line with highly knowledgable, well articulated and fast-responding customer service representatives. The promotions, on the other hand, may look impressive at a first glance but when you dig a little deeper you realize that the majority of bonuses are nearly impossible to release. Freerolls and guaranteed tournaments could also use bigger prize pools. The only thing that saves iPoker and its flagship Titan Poker from a rock-bottom score in the promotions department is the progressive VIP program and the Sit and Go Jackpots.

The software does its job well and is on top of that a very pretty sight with 3D graphics and clean design but it is unfortunately not customizable enough to warrant a top score. The cash games are very good with designated beginner tables and an adequate range of stakes. The tournament standards are decent with fairly reasonable fees and a great selection of Sit and Go tables, including beginner tables and Jackpot tables. The scheduled tournament program, on the other hand, could use more content. The selection of different poker games could also be better. Mixed games are a lot of fun and they are sourly missing from iPoker.

Titan Poker is despite the shortcomings a very solid poker room with an even and  genuine quality across the entire product. A well functioning software, lots of players to play against and business leading support to go with that. You won't go wrong with Titan Poker unless you are looking for rakeback or mixed games or happen to be located in the US.
